The Sportiva Andorra TRAIL, is an innovative Trail-Running race in the country, as it is the first mountain race in stages and for teams of 2 people or in individual format.
It runs in three stages with a medium-high difficulty route, with an affordable technical level for practitioners of this sport.
It will be compulsory to have contracted a federative competition license obtained from mountain federations.

Departure from Plaça Co-Prínceps d’Escaldes-Engordany towards the Church of Sant Pere Màrtir d’Escaldes to go down the entire footbridge that borders the Valira d’Orient River.
We leave the footbridge and climb the cobblestones of the Camí de Salita and the Camí del Grau to pass in front of the beautiful Chapel of Sant Jaume d’Engordany.
We continue to gain height along the path and paths of the Vilars to the second Chapel of Sant Roma where we will enjoy and so throughout the route of spectacular views over Escaldes and Andorra la Vella and all its incredible valleys, we will continue up to the Mas de Can Diumenge highest point of the prologue and here a quick and direct descent along the old paths of Can Guem and the path of the Peletera will take us to the Plaza de l’Esbart Santa Anna and a little further we will cross the famous and beautiful bridge Romanesque of Engordany to finally take the path of the cat fountain that will leave us in the middle of the commercial axis of Avinguda Carlemany.

Departure from Escaldes-Engordany towards Engolasters and for the first time you will go up the Tossa de Breibal and all its ridge towards the blue lake where we will go down to find the Madriu-Perafita-Claror valley for Go to the Refugi de Prat First, passing through the Maiana pass, Refugio de Perafita, Lago de la Nou and Refugio de Claror, towards the Bordes de Manyat, and we will go down enjoying spectacular views of Sant Julià de Lòria until reaching the town center, where the arrival is waiting for us.

Cut-off times at Estall Serrer 13.30H and Refugi de Claror 15.00H.

Departure Time – Sunday 5 Sept 2021 at 8.00 am
Departing from Plaça Germandat, in Sant Julià de Lòria towards the Rocafort road, we will cross Rocafort and La Balma, where we will climb to Aixàs where we will find the first supply, we will continue climbing to the Bony de la Pica, the whole area will be crystallized Enclar chain until reaching the Pic de Carroi, where we will enjoy the second supply and one of the most spectacular views of the principality. From here we are waiting for you, a long descent to the Coprínceps Square, in Escaldes-Engordany, where the arrival is waiting for us.

The Andorran ski resorts communicates that the ski resorts will close from 14th March in view of the need to increase precaution and avoid as maximum the risk of contagion of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
The ski resorts make the decision as a measure of responsibility to finalise the season with the wish to return to normality on the best delays. The health of our clients, workers and the general population is above all other circumstances.
We would like to thank you very much all the clients that have been sharing the season with us and we hope to welcome them again soon.
